I choose the word Children for this blog post because when I think about Children it gives me so many reasons to get focused.
Why is the word Children my focus?
Children are our future and it is our responsibility to step up and take them under our wing.
I have four birth children, three adopted children, several step-children and many more that are not legally mine but are mine in my eyes and heart. I am also a foster parent.
When I focus on the word children, I will know I need to stay focused to help all these children out here that come into my life. Even the littlest things you do in life will impact a child’s life.
Children are one of the very most important things to me and I strive to be that person that does that little thing to give them hope and inspiration.
You don’t have to be perfect
I am by far perfect and after raising several children, I am still learning! Children can be stressful but if you listen to them, they will tell you what they need. You can raise fifty children and then all of a sudden get a child that acts or talks like none other. This is where you will need to pay very close attention and figure out what you can do to best understand them. Once you understand them, then you can help them.
What do I think about when I focus on the word children?
When I focus on word children I focus on all of my kids, birth, adopted, step, foster, and others. I focus on what family time can I give them that will give them the memories they will cherish and talk about. I focus on them individually and what I can do to help them to become a loving and caring person. Focusing on the word children gives you so much to focus on that you will surely forget everything else.
This post could go on and on but I am going to end it with, My children are my life, All children are special and deserve a happy and loving life.
