My recipe for fried chicken salad.

I use to order Fried Chicken Salads from O’Charley’s until I moved out of the state of Tennessee and was not near an O’Charley’s, so this is the recipe I came up with to satisfy my craving.
Things you will need to make this Fried Chicken Salad:
- Chicken Breast
- Kellogg’s Corn Flake Crumbs
- Bag of Salad
- Deep Fryer
Get a deep fryer heated up while you are preparing.
First take your chicken breast and cut it up into bite size:
Then I take a bag and pour some corn flakes in it and put some chicken in the bag and shake.
Then put the chicken in your fryer basket and fry to your liking. I have a batch that is crisper for my son but I don’t care for it to crispy because it is harder to chew. I place the done chicken on paper towel to soak up the grease before adding to my salad.
Then I take my salad ( I buy the bag salad but you could make your own) and get what I want on my plate . Then add my chicken and dressing and I am ready to eat. This is an easy and very good dinner. If you have children like I do that do not like salad you already have meat so you can add a veggie and a side.
You can also add cheese, egg or whatever you normally add to your salads. If I have sunflower seed I love to put them in my salad.
