April 21, 2016:

Today started out pretty good. I woke before Joshua did so I was able to have a cup of coffee before his wild little butt was up. While I was drinking my coffee I was able to write my 500 words for my challenge.

Like most days, I was exhausted half way through the day. Today was gloomy looking outside so it made me drag more and put me in that blah mood.

I was able to do some exercise tonight. Nothing exciting really happened today here at home; however, Prince died this morning. I love his songs and my favorite is Purple Rain.

For some reason today, I felt lonely. I don’t really care to be around people much but that lonely feeling hit me and so I called my mom.  In 3 weeks we will be making that trip to Michigan so we can see our family. Joshua will meet my son ( his biological father) for the first time ever in  person.

Funny thing Joshua did that I just need to share. The other day I was on the computer checking my emails, Joshua came over to me and started grabbing everything he knew he was not supposed to grab. I shut the laptop and look at him and said, Are you happy now? He looks at me, claps his hands and says happy. This little boy is very quickly becoming his own person.

It is now 11:46 pm and time for bed. Good night and God Bless.
